*PhD Students, Residents, Research Fellows, whoever has a not permanent position at a University. A certification should be sent together with the registration fee.

The registration fee include:

  • Admission to scientific sessions

  • Conference badge and kit

  • Certificate of attendance

  • Coffee breaks and lunches as in the program

  • Welcome reception

The Conference dinner is not included in the registration fee.

Please note that the Presenting Author should be regularly registered for the Congress by March 25, 2022. Each Author is entitled to the presentation of 1 abstract only.

The Accompanying person fee include:

  • Welcome reception

  • Half day excursion in an archeological site

  • Hald day walking tour in Salerno

Please note: The excursions will be organized only if the minimum number of participants will be reached and they will not include lunch.

HOW TO REGISTER

Presenting Authors and Attendees have 2 different registration accesses.

PRESENTING AUTHORS

  • Your registration will be managed through the abstract submission page.

  • Go to the button below.

  • Type your username (Family Name) and PIN (the ones received when submitting the abstract) in the window at the right side and click on the button “Check abstract status”

  • Once entered the page click the button “Register as Presenting Author” to proceed with the registration. Your personal details will already be present in the form.

Please note that Poster Presenter should register anyway by March, 25, 2022  in order to be included into the program.

In case of payment by bank transfer you are kindly requested to register online selecting as way of payment “Bank transfer”. You will receive an email confirming your request of registration but, in order to validate it, you are kindly requested to send evidence of payment to the Organizing Secretariat by mail or fax within 5 days.  Please indicate on the payment description the participant’s Family name and the Registration number.

Billing

The invoice for registration will be issued with the personal details of the registered participant.

In case the invoice should be released to another subject (Institution, Company, University) please do not forget to click on the “EDIT DETAILS” button which will appear in the section “BILLING AND PAYMENT” of the online form.

In case your Institutions, Universities and Companies need the references of a purchase order, please register yourself online, edit Company, Institution, details; and send the Purchase order by email to info@mcmcongressi.it

FOR ITALIAN COMPANIES, INSTITUTIONS, UNIVERSITIES ONLY in order to issue an “FATTURA ELETTRONICA” please indicate PEC and/or CODICE UNIVOCO (compulsory for “fattura elettronica” issue).

PLEASE NOTE: Invoice requests addressed to the Italian University will not be processed in the absence of a “BUONO D’ORDINE”. So please be sure to have your buono d’ordine ready before registering online.

INVOICE CHANGES: If an invoice has been made out to a participant, it can no longer be changed and made out to the relevant.

Cancellations and Refunds

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the MCM SRL.
The cancellation will be accepted within April 20,2022. Within this date the 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
No refund will be made for cancellations received after the April 20,2022
All refunds will be processed after the end of the Congress.
